This website is built and hosted on Wix. When you visit it, Wix automatically collects technical and usage data such as your IP address, approximate location (country/region), device and browser information, and which pages you visit and when.
I also use Wix email marketing and similar tools, which can track whether an email was delivered, opened, or clicked.
If you contact me or work with me, I may store your name, email address, phone number, company/website, and any details needed to provide coaching or send Zoom links and course materials.
How I use your data
I use this information to:
-
Run and improve my website
-
Contact potential voice/ coaching clients and reply to enquiries
-
Deliver coaching services, including sending Zoom links and course materials
-
Keep basic business records and manage email campaigns
My legal basis is my legitimate interest in promoting and providing my services, and performing a contract when you request services.
Who I share data with
I share data only with service providers I use to run my business, such as:
-
Wix (website, analytics, email marketing and contact management)
-
Email, cloud storage, CRM and campaign tools (for example, Mailshake)
They may only use the data as needed to provide their services to me. For details of how Wix handles data, see Wix’s own privacy policy on their website.
How long I keep data
I keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and I remove contact details that are no longer relevant or where someone asks not to be contacted.
Your choices
If you receive an email from me and do not wish to hear from me again, you can reply and ask to be removed. You can also contact me to ask what data I hold about you or to request corrections or deletion.
Cookies and tracking
Wix and my email tools use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, provide analytics, and measure email performance. You can usually control cookies in your browser settings, and any cookie banner shown on the site lets you adjust preferences.
